That licence is the practical instrument our partners need and its what allows contracts to be held and works to be carried out under a Kuwaiti entity.

Requirement
We take the specification and confirm what is actually being asked for; quantities, standards, timing, and the receiving party.
Sourcing
We identify the principal or supplier able to meet it, and agree commercial terms in writing before anything is committed.
Commercial and regulatory
Contracting, documentation, and local compliance are handled through a licensed Kuwaiti entity; ours.
Delivery and support
Delivery to site, and where the scope includes it, execution of the works and continuing support afterwards.

Business conduct
We do not offer or accept payments, gifts, or hospitality intended to improperly influence a decision, and we hold anyone acting on our behalf to the same line.
Safety and environment
Work carried out under our licence is expected to meet the safety and environmental requirements of the site on which it is performed.
Counterparties
We contract only with parties we have identified, and we decline work where the ownership, source of funds, or end use is not clear.
